Countdown Timer: The user can set a countdown timer for emergency events, ensuring that they respond within a specified time.

SMS Notifications: The user can choose to receive SMS notifications in the event that there is no data connectivity, ensuring that they can send important alerts even when they are offline.

Camera Integration: The app integrates with the user’s device camera, allowing them to capture and send multimedia content to the command center or other responders.

Alive Tour and Route Management: The app allows for the creation and management of tours, routes, and rounds that can be assigned to specific responders. Configuration Management: The app allows for user configuration management, allowing the user to customize the app to their specific needs and preferences.

SUPERVISOR FEATURE

Supervisors can also create routes/tours/rounds from the Awe Responder APP to ensure that rounds are completed within predefined times. The app allows supervisors to add waypoints and set a time frame for each waypoint. The assigned patroller/responder/guard is then required to reach each waypoint within the specified time frame to conclude the round/tour.

Supervisors can also set up the type of check-in that should be used for each waypoint. This can be NFC, QR code, or geolocation. When a  patroller/ responder/ guard comes within a specified distance of the waypoint, the check-in is logged, providing a record of the round/tour completion for the supervisor to review.

EXTRA BUTTONS

The Awe Responder APP app comes with 12 fully customizable buttons that can be programmed to send reports or communicate with the command center or other responders on the network. These buttons can be configured to perform a wide range of tasks, depending on the needs of the organization.

For example, a button could be programmed to send a status update to the command center, letting them know that the responder has arrived at a particular location. Another button could be used to request backup or additional resources in the event of an emergency. Yet another button could be programmed to send a multimedia report, including photos, videos, and audio recordings, to the command center to document an incident.

The customization of these buttons is an important feature of the Awe Responder APP, as it allows organizations to tailor the app to their specific needs and requirements.
